Storytell your way out from between a rock and a hard space
“If you give an alien a story” is a collaborative storytelling hidden-objectives board game for 2-4 players ages 12 and up. The game may take up to 30 minutes for 2 players, and up to 40 for 4 players.
A class of aspiring alien writers from Universe City, many galaxies away, wishes to explore the universe and the stories it contains. They have stopped at many planets along the (Milky) way to learn skills from the best artists the universe has to offer. Now they’ve reached a new planet! The Earth’s best storytellers were “borrowed” from their beds in the middle of night. The aliens have heard of their unique abilities and wish to hear a story to learn the craft of human storytelling. If the storytellers succeed in fulfilling the aliens’ requests, the aliens might let them go home.
